The staff were friendly and the manager was very kind; we arrived two hours early and he let us use the facilities until our room was ready, and even at checkout he was understanding when I was late. The only drawback was that the hotel is a bit far from Main Fountain Chowk, and you need to pay 100 rs for an auto to get there.
