“Amazing the location the staff all great”

The staff were very helpful and friendly, but the cleanliness was lacking.

I only liked the location. When we arrived at the lobby, the first thing we noticed was an unpleasant smell, which could be improved. We also had trouble entering our room because the door wouldn’t open; we called staff to use their access card and later contacted the receptionist again to fix it. Inside, the room was cramped and not very spacious, with only one pillow per bed, which was insufficient. The toilet wasn’t clean. The hotel also didn’t provide an iron, which is surprising as it’s a basic amenity. Breakfast was disappointing: although it was advertised to start at 7:00 AM, the buffet wasn’t fully ready then, the food options were limited, and we had to wait for staff to bring out more items. Utensils, glasses, and plates looked dirty and smelled bad, and even the toaster seemed unclean. The food selection didn’t meet expectations.

I booked a room, but the hotel later refused my reservation; I never got a cancellation or notification email on Gmail—only a text message—yet my account still got charged.

The hotel's location was one of its strongest points, as it was close to almost everything I needed. However, the facility itself was not well-maintained, which was a bit of a letdown.
