I thought I was booking a side building, but they put me in the main building like the rest of the Heben hotels; the room is a bit small, the bed narrow, and the bathroom compact, yet the cleanliness is good, breakfast is decent, the public areas are fine, and the outdoor platform offers beautiful views. The room isn’t warm enough, and it gets a bit cold at night.

The hotel is very pretty and well kept, the room was clean and the location convenient. The shower lacks a floor lip, so we flooded the bathroom every time we showered. We had higher expectations when we entered the building (nice lobby, friendly staff) and this small but annoying detail disappointed us.

We dined at the hotel’s restaurant and it was a good experience. The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent. As for the hotel itself, it’s very well located and has good facilities.
