The staff were friendly, welcoming, and the activities were interesting. The room was comfortable and clean. The meals were adjusted based on the guests’ condition. The Wi‑Fi was spotty, and sometimes the food came out cold.

“We don't recommend the one-night stay, but the three day cruise would probably be great.”

The boat was beautiful with fantastic décor, and the staff who greeted us were wonderful. Just make sure you check the itinerary on the ship’s website before booking, because it varies. If you’re after a quiet romantic night just for you and your partner, you’ll get that—there were only the two of us on board. The boat didn’t leave its mooring; we were expecting a night river cruise but it never left the dock. They explained that they only leave the mooring on their 3‑day cruises, which I can understand, but there should have been more detail on the website. If we’d known, we might have booked a different boat. The meal was very average and pricey.

“Very short cruise by halong bay”

It Is a nice ship, the cabins are good and clean with very nice balconies . Comfortable bed. They have spa and sauna that has to be paid in additional Food was average, a lot of Vietnamese options but not really other options for the change . Outside pool was heated, which was nice since the weather wouldn’t have allowed the use otherwise. 1) The stuff is nice and they try to please you very harder, but the majority (95%) don’t understand English. It is very frustrating since you really can’t communicate with them to explain what you want and end accepting whatever they understand instead. 2) they have a plan for the 1nigth/2 days you are on board, and they distribute the schedule first thing the first day , which is nice so you can decide which activities are available and at what hour BUT if you (like us) want to just relax without activities, you simply can’t do it. They have installed a speaker in each room. so every time there is an activity you hear the guy speaking by the speaker. . so you don’t have a moment of peace. The second day we were wake up by the speaking at 6 00 am even if we don’t wanted to do the activity!! So bye bye nice dreams. for nothing! This shouldn’t be this way. 3) in general is nice, but the boat doesn’t really move too much…I was thinking the navigation was going to be longer… showing more places , different sceneries , but very soon we were already in front of the port coast… a little disappointing
