Staff welcome was friendly, very clean. Room was very basic, felt somewhat overpriced. Shower head holder was broken so unable to have a proper shower. Also, we specifically booked a quadruple room with a double and 2 singles but got 2 doubles which was annoying

The location, the rooms, and the breakfast were all excellent.

My sister and I enjoyed the evening meals with multiple menu options and the chance to pick different starters, mains, and desserts each day. I had booked two rooms: mine faced the courtyard, while hers faced the street, and she found it a bit noisy at times with passerby conversations, laughter, and the garbage truck passing by. Perhaps it would be better to recommend courtyard rooms first if possible.
