The place itself was spot on – everything was tidy, well organized and the staff were really friendly. The only hitch was that it sits far from the city center, so without a car we ended up paying for rides each time we left, which would have been fine if we had our own vehicle.

Our room smelled fresh and was spotless, with a hammock, extra blankets and plenty of towels – we could just relax and come and go whenever we wanted thanks to the gate key. The only issue is the driveway: it's unlit, full of bends, and gets pitch‑black after dark, so you have to drive carefully.

I ended up cancelling my reservation before actually checking in and was hit with a fee that I hadn't expected. The inn itself is out in the sticks, so getting there is a hassle, and once inside the TV never turned on and the shower was basically burnt out – not what I hoped for.

The breakfast spread was impressive – lots of tasty jams and plenty of food – and the room felt cozy with a nice hot shower and fresh‑smelling linens. It's only a ten‑minute walk to downtown, and the setting is quiet enough to relax, though the TV only gave us basic channels and the Wi‑Fi kept dropping.
