The property was clean, quaint, and close to downtown Asheville. However, it was very old and needed updating, and the beds were very uncomfortable—after two nights of not sleeping because of huge sagging in both mattresses, I felt it necessary to mention it. We stayed in the Sarah suite on the third floor. Breakfast was a buffet with a few choices, not a home‑cooked meal, but the staff were very nice!

I had a nice, pleasant stay in this beautiful mansion on a quiet street with very friendly staff; our room was large and comfortable. The breakfast room and porch invite interaction with other guests, and it’s nice to swap tips about things to do in and around Asheville. The breakfast was basic continental, so I would have liked some hot options like fried eggs and bacon.

The location and on‑site parking were wonderful, and the staff were excellent to work with. I also enjoyed meeting most of the other couples at breakfast. The continental breakfast was a bit limited, and the bathroom in the cabin was small—there wasn’t much room to lay out toiletries like you would in a hotel bathroom.

The house was beautiful and very clean, and the hosts were very nice. Walking into Greenville centre was easy, with Liberty Coffee shop as a good pit stop on the way back. I wish we had booked for longer 😢

It was quiet and different from the places we usually stay; I loved the porch and coziness. It was difficult to get into the tub, but that’s understandable.
