“În rest a fost totul OK”

The room was clean, the food good, and the pool warm. I asked for a King room, but it faced the back and the kids were disappointed because they could see a wall. I paid an extra 50 lei and the room was changed.

“Un hotel foarte deosebit, intr-o stațiune cam incremenita în timp”

You could invest heavily and build a four‑star building, but a four‑star hotel is kept up by professional staff and services. Some “guests” always parked on the alley in front of the hotel, even though there is a large parking lot behind. Parking on the alley to save 5 minutes of walking blocked those who wanted to park properly. I understand you don’t want to bother your clients, but the hotel could address this.

“Relaxare și servicii foarte bune”

We enjoyed a lot of quiet time, the spa, and the overall experience. The staff were very attentive and kind. The only thing that felt a bit different last night was the crowd created by a larger group staying at the hotel. The pool and breakfast area became quite crowded, and the atmosphere was livelier than on previous days. Peace is one of the reasons we choose this place, so next time we’ll contact reservations beforehand to check for scheduled groups. We appreciated the receptionist’s help and the information she provided.
