The Wi‑Fi was terrible and never worked. The door key fob broke after a single use. The staircase is narrow and steep; with heavy luggage it’s hard to move up because there’s no elevator.
The spot is well‑situated, close to the Colosseum and many good restaurants, and near a metro line. The room was quiet and had good air‑conditioning.
A tiny apartment that had all the essentials, but the TV was unusable—Prime and Netflix wouldn't load at all.

The building’s location is ideal, and the nearby services (like the laundromat that let us leave with clean clothes) are great. I’d recommend this address if asked. The room is quiet with no outside noise thanks to the window quality, and the small dining area has a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle.
