“Overall good but room not good”
The location is just near the bus station from the airport/train station and the main gate to the old town, but it’s in a quiet area. The hostel’s design, the common areas and facilities (bar/cafe, outdoor terrace, laundry…) are nice. The staff went the extra mile and let us check in early for free. They also have a lovely dog. We didn’t complain about the free early check‑in because we really appreciated the effort and kindness. But the room we got had a big non‑openable window overlooking the corridor and, most of all, a huge leak in the bathroom (which had no window) that left all the shower walls covered in mould and a horribly bad smell (totally bad for health). A room like that should not exist in a hostel. That’s why I gave 7 instead of 10.
