The hotel is good, the location is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was decent but could be improved. Overall, with a few adjustments, it’s a good property. The building would benefit from some minor maintenance.

Breakfast was good and the hotel’s location worked for me, but both the interior and exterior needed more maintenance.

The welcome and service were excellent.

The hotel was clean, close to the airport, and the free shuttle bus to the tram station was great; the staff were really helpful and nice. It’s far from the centre, so a taxi takes about 30 minutes from the hotel, but it’s only 10 minutes from the airport. The pool room was spacious enough and the balcony with the room was nice. However, it’s pretty far from anything, so you can’t walk around the area, there’s no kettle in the room, and the shower is a bit small.

The breakfast and the restaurant overall were excellent, but the garden was poorly tended.
