Breakfast was very good, dinner was also good, and the staff were always friendly. The noise from other hotels and the club was annoying; the window was always closed, the air‑conditioning needed inspection, and the bathtub in the bathroom was unusable.

The kitchen staff were unhelpful. I asked for a tortilla because the ones outside were too dry, and they said no. I told the manager. They tried to charge me for a glass of sparkling water, bringing the first one without asking, and then wanted to charge for the second—just a glass of water.

The location is perfect—about a 7‑minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the shopping street. Any issues are resolved quickly, straightforwardly, and very customer‑friendly. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The breakfast was dull; it was the same for two weeks. The evening program could improve, especially the bingo nights (where you have to buy bingo cards for 5 Euro); more music shows would be better. Late at night it gets loud if you leave the balcony door open because the club is right next door.

The place was spotless, the reception and restaurant staff were very friendly, the location was good, the garden was amazing, and the food was tasty; however, the outdoor pool bar staff weren't very friendly and there were some exceptions.
