Everything was clean and modern in a late‑80s shell, quiet with only two guests, and the phone operator was very friendly; the solitude was the best part, far from most things. The Wi‑Fi, however, was unreliable with repeated connection attempts and phone calls that never fixed it—by 2026 in Germany that shouldn’t happen! The touch‑key security system was hit or miss; it took 3–4 tries to open the front door—just give me a key. The procedure was: touch the first green light, then the second flash, turn the knob right, and finally pull the handle down. The restaurant that was there before is now closed, and the hotel is at least 8 km from the nearest larger town, making it a sleepy hollow.
A quiet, good location. Comfortable beds. The bathroom had everything you’d need.

I recently stayed overnight at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent mattresses and spotless cleanliness. The parking spot right by the front door was also a convenient bonus. However, I did find it a bit odd that the TV wasn't mounted on the wall and couldn't be adjusted for better viewing.
The place feels a bit old‑fashioned, but it’s clean, the mattresses are good, and I’d definitely stay again.
