It’s near town, but the hotel feels old‑school, the floor is worn, the toilet is outdated, and the air conditioner doesn’t work.

The location is central, which is the only thing I liked, and I only stayed one night, but the hotel is run down with no hot water, no lift so seniors can’t use it, you have to haul luggage up stairs, the room smells, and the chair looks filthy.
