The bed was heavenly, the sheets smelled wonderful and I didn’t get any itchy allergies—thanks! Breakfast was also good: basic items, fruit, eggs, good butter, and a marvelous black coffee that we loved. We travel a lot and in Campos do Jordão we rarely find a breakfast that meets even the minimum, so keep it up. The bathroom was poorly maintained because it’s old, and the room wasn’t cleaned on the 16th; I asked in the afternoon to have the trash bag removed from the bathroom, which I had to do myself, and they didn’t. I also requested two towels and more toilet paper. Since we left, no cleaning took place on any day that was needed—improve that so they can match expectations better.
