Everyone from the front desk to the Planeta Salada instructor Guilherme was helpful and polite, and the management was very accommodating. But the property is huge, and some areas could use upkeep to keep guests coming. In my room the smart TV was a pain because the Wi‑Fi was overloaded, and the shower was tricky to adjust.
