The spot was great, the room lovely, and Valentina was an excellent host—she responded quickly and sent plenty of suggestions for things to do, sights, and restaurants.

Clean, spacious, modern, with automation and electronics; everything was handled online even during check‑in. The balcony view of the bay is amazing. The promenade is 20 m away and the beach 400 m away. The fourth floor gets hot, reaching 35 °C, which creates physical discomfort.

The air‑conditioning didn’t work well. We stayed four nights and the towels were never changed.

The room was incredibly comfortable, centrally located in Gaeta, spotless, and aesthetically cared for. We really appreciated the laundry line on the balcony and the included breakfast. Valentina welcomed us warmly and gave us valuable tips on local spots for breakfast, aperitivo, and dinner. Absolutely highly recommended!
