The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff—especially Sung—were great. However, the AC in our room blew hot air, and despite Sung’s best efforts to fix it, we had to ask for several fans to stay comfortable. Sung offered a partial refund, but only after I suggested it.

We booked a rear‑hotel room with a balcony and the view of the rice fields was awesome. The hotel had just opened, so the furniture and bedding were brand new. The location was a short walk from everything and still quiet in the evenings. The biggest highlight was Giang, who was super helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—a real asset to the hotel! Nothing negative; we’d stay here again.
