The place looked great and was kept tidy. The breakfast bar could use more efficiency, and covering the items would stop those little insects from landing on them.

The room was super comfy and had plenty of space for groceries or snacks we needed during our stay. Checking in was a breeze, and the guy who handled it was very friendly. We ran into a glitch with the app that prevented us from doing mobile check‑out, and when we went to the front desk more than 30 minutes before the official checkout time, nobody was there and there was no way to call for someone, so we had to wait in the lobby until a staff member walked by.

“Excellent facilities, staff, and overall stay.”

This is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at in the States; it's clean, the staff are friendly, and everything is well maintained. I've been to many other hotels at this level and none even come close. I honestly can't imagine staying anywhere else next time I visit. The only downside is that you’ll need a car, but it’s Ohio, so that’s expected.

The room was spacious and clean. The parking lot was good.
