“Alt i alt et veldig bra opphold.”
Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff, good location near the beach, modern rooms and good food, but a bit of a shortfall in facilities and there were not enough seating spots during meals.

Clean and pretty with good food, but I couldn't keep my room on the day of checkout because we had a late departure.

The place was clean and modern, but the selection of meat and fish was limited.

The staff delivered top‑level service; special thanks to Uğur and Murat, and I’m already planning my next holiday here.

The location is pretty good and the hotel is freshly renovated, always clean, with average food but snacks tasty and sweets exceptional; the animation couple were friendly and fun, and the pool‑area F&B staff kept the tables tidy and were consistently amiable. However, during our stay we hit a lot of problems that ruined the trip: the reception staff were rude and unprofessional, the check‑in was chaotic and confusing, and Guest Relations rep Melissa Harrington was arrogant, dismissive, and behaved in a totally inappropriate way for her role—this wasn’t just our experience, we saw it with other guests too. The room we booked for three turned out to have a fold‑up bed that was unstable and not suitable for an adult; it collapsed on its own several times while I slept, causing discomfort and a safety concern, and the bed itself was too small for an adult. The room was advertised as having a side sea view, but in reality the view was mainly the street and an active construction site, with almost no sea view at all, which was misleading and didn’t match the description under which the room was sold. The snack bar staff were also very rude, yelling, throwing food, and blaming us for ordering—very disrespectful.
