I was treated wonderfully, with staff who were very friendly upon arrival and offered umbrellas or transfer info if we needed it, and they were also very attentive to the kids; the location is amazing, right next to Dotonbori, and everything was great.
They carried our suitcases to the station entrance for us 💜, and the complimentary massage sofas in the lobby were fantastic.

Hotel 88 Shinsaibashi provided a fantastic stay for our family—the room was impressively spacious and far exceeded our expectations while traveling with kids; the location is excellent, just a short walk from Namba Station and the lively Dotonbori area; the staff was exceptionally attentive, even accompanying us all the way to the Shinkansen station after checkout; it was a wonderful accommodation choice for families visiting Osaka.
The hotel offers every extra you could imagine: a free massage chair, bathroom extras, and a good selection of free drinks, but the view from our room windows looked out onto the highway.
The location and the services offered were excellent.
