Via Baltica

We stayed there for the second and probably last time. It’s convenient to be near the highway, so you can sleep on a long drive. The rooms have very poor sound insulation. At midnight we heard snoring from the neighboring room, then loud guests who left early. We could barely sleep. Also the kitchen wasn’t working on Saturday morning, so we were left without breakfast. Next time we’ll look for another place to stay 😒

Varasin Bookingin kautta ainoan mahdollisen 3 hengen huoneen. Hotellilla respan nainen kertoi että heillä olisi vapaana edullisempi 2 hengen huone jos haluaisimme vaihtaa. Saimme peruttua aiemman varauksen ilmaiseksi ja vaihdettua huoneen ongelmitta. Aamiaista ei ollut saatavilla keittiö väen lomista johtuen mutta meidät opastettiin aamukahville läheiselle huoltoasemalle. Hyvä hotelli kun tarkoitus oli vain nukkua matkan puolivälissä. Helppo saavutettavuus ja rauhallinen huone

“Definitely recommend staying here!”

I had a good stay at Hotel Via Baltica! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was really good. I’ll even attach a photo because it really deserves to be seen! I also really appreciated how understanding and kind the staff were when I needed to stay in my room a couple of extra hours because of my flight. They kindly allowed me to check out later, which was such a thoughtful and human gesture. Definitely recommend staying here!

At 19:00 there was nowhere to have dinner because the restaurant had already closed. No decent cafés were nearby, and men were smoking right outside the entrance and even barging into the building.
