Hotel offered more than expected with courteous service and tidy rooms. They provided sealed water bottles daily and maintained elevators were quick and safe

When I arrived there was a sign on the door that was closed. I called the front desk and told them I had a reservation, and they rudely told me there were no available rooms. From the look of the place it was a blessing in disguise. Even though I had to drive all over Ohio to find a room late at night and severely overpaid, I'm glad I didn't stay there. Never going back there. EVER!
