“Nice room but if I new about the steps I would have not booked.”
The rooms are new and clean. The exterior of the building is still being worked on, with cables hanging and no lights on the stairwell, and the 52 steps make it unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

The high ceilings, balcony, and view are nice, the bathroom is bright and modern, and the large bed is comfortable; you don’t hear other guests unless they’re right outside your door, which is great. However, an alarm kept going off at about 6 a.m. for roughly 20 minutes, and the property has no elevator, so you must climb several flights of stairs. The entrance feels unfinished and intimidating at night. The gate was a major problem – I got stuck inside and had to wait for Simone’s WhatsApp reply, which sent a link with instructions instead of immediate help. My reception was poor, so I couldn’t open the link; two arriving guests eventually helped me contact him and we used an emergency key. I was disappointed there was no follow‑up to see if I was okay. The furniture is somewhat worn, especially the bedside tables, and the AC requires holding the power button down, which isn’t obvious. Paying the tourist tax in cash with exact change was inconvenient, and bathrobes promised in the listing were not provided. I did appreciate the extra towel offered as compensation and the helpful cleaning staff. Overall, the room was nice, but better maintenance, clearer instructions, and more responsive support would improve the stay.

The location and room are perfect, and the cleanliness is excellent. Unfortunately, you either enter alone or alone: the access stairs lack lighting, so you rely on your phone. To get in you must study the instructions and find the combination on a sign that’s hard to read without glasses… you’re taken advantage of. In chat, the instructions are the usual nerdy standard. Dear gentlemen, how a client is welcomed is not optional. This is a very personal opinion.
