Everything was perfect: the staff were attentive, the airport transfers worked well, the breakfast was great, the room was very comfortable, and the heated pool was delightful; the location near the airport is excellent.

The breakfast was good and extensive, the service—including the airport shuttle and luggage handling—was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The place was quiet, extremely clean, and the staff were very courteous, but the food from room service was not good.

Muy buen hotel en general. Nada malo.

Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y educados, pero el chico de la madrugada que me ayudó con las maletas, loco Cortez, no estuvo tan bien.
