The building is excellent, the room on the seventh floor is spacious and cozy with a terrace offering a stunning view. The owner is friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely come back for another stay in Naples.

The property is new and clean, has a nice terrace, and you can even grab a coffee there. The bathroom is large and well equipped. A bottle of water would have been nice. The automated check‑in is understandable, but it’s a hassle for guests: you must send documents, then do online check‑in, reattach documents, take a selfie with the document, then connect again to the portal, upload a photo, and the tiny apartment code and key code are a bit complicated—could be simpler.
