The sea view was nice to wake up to, but the balcony was used by cats as a toilet, wires were hanging from the ceiling, there was no water for two days, the kitchen was shared, and there was no wardrobe—just a wobbly rail.

The hotel was literally 10 metres from the beach, but the beach line was occupied by cafés that only give out lounge chairs if you order. We went to the public beach right next to the mosque, just a two‑minute walk from the hotel, where there were plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, showers, and changing cubbies. The beach was sandy, the water a bit cool but clear and full of fish swimming close to shore. The room was small but comfortable, and the view of the sea was luxurious! The small sofa was broken, but we unfolded it and used it without problems. Cooking and laundry were possible, and there was cookware. The common area wasn’t very clean, but the air‑conditioner worked. There’s a roof where you can sit and enjoy the sea. The host let us leave later and even drove our luggage to the bus stop. Cheap supermarkets Sok and A101 are within walking distance, Migros Jet is a bit farther but you can buy ready‑made food there, which is much cheaper than cafés and tastes great. I had to wait about an hour to check in because the room wasn’t ready; we arrived at 18:00. The room was on the second floor. The windows were gorgeous, stained‑glass, but you could see people on the street with your eyes. In the café, music played until late. It was hard to find the hotel; it’s between Almera and Kalamata cafés, a blue door next to a souvenir shop, behind an ice‑cream counter. The mosque is very close and the prayer is heard five times a day.

The area was bad, and everything was poor.

The place sits in a great spot, right near the beach and the shops. The room felt a bit small, but that’s understandable given the price.
