Cleanliness, quality, staff were all good, but the pricing wasn’t clear. When I arrived I was told the room I booked wasn’t renovated, and to upgrade I’d need to pay a daily surcharge.

The hotel is quite good, the breakfast is also very good, but the extra charge for parking the car in the garage feels unnecessary since the hotel doesn’t require it and I don’t understand why a valet is needed and a fee imposed on guests. I’ve never been charged for parking at any other hotel in Goiânia, even though I’m a public servant and usually stay there.
