The reception staff were nice, especially the front‑desk girl. The bed was comfortable and the food—both dinner and breakfast—was delicious. However, don’t come here hungry, and don’t expect a peaceful night’s sleep. The chef wouldn’t make lunch for me because he was busy preparing a four‑dish buffet, so I waited an hour and a half and ended up eating from the buffet myself because he still had nothing else ready. The hotel bar stayed loud until 1 a.m., and then from 1 to 3 a.m. guests kept shouting outside my window, waking me up each time; nobody seemed to care. After a tiring day, I had a sleepless night, and the next morning I was so exhausted I couldn’t even remember if I’d paid for my stay. I booked a day in advance, and they had no idea I was coming.
