The staff were friendly, the food was great, and the overall hospitality was top‑class, but the reception area had a strong rat odor that the front desk said had been treated with pest control.

The hotel was aesthetic and clean, executive rooms were spacious, the location was good, staff were polite and cooperative, but the breakfast menu was too little – we only had two options.

Nice and clean, good location, very helpful staff, but room service was a struggle: the staff were nice but ordering to the room required us to call a mobile number, then we were told to go to the 5th floor to place the order; we booked a room with a balcony, which I think was a bit more expensive than the one without, yet I wouldn’t bother because the view wasn’t great and it was too hot outside; I expected an outdoor air cooler but it was only in the room.

The rooms were clean, but the bathroom stayed wet and needs a partition for the shower.
