The room was spotless, the location convenient and the breakfast generous. However, they never asked us to return the room keys at checkout and we even forgot to hand them in; we had to mail them back twice at our own expense (the first parcel never arrived because the address we gave on the booking was wrong). The manager also refused to let us eat our pizzas on the terrace, which seemed a bit inflexible for a reservation of seven people across three rooms.
