The breakfast only offered a croissant or chocolate croissant, a coffee or hot chocolate, or a juice; if you asked for another coffee or juice you had to pay, even though the price was supposed to be included. My husband didn’t take coffee for the last two days but had to pay for his orange juice. The breakfast was billed as an Italian breakfast for 12 € for a coffee and a pastry, which I think is unfair. I also requested parking via email; the location of the room was so dangerous that parking on the street was impossible. The lady showed us a parking spot about a kilometre away, supposedly for 5 € per day for 24 days, but we paid 148 € for four days. She blamed us and didn’t explain anything, just telling us to take a ticket and pay the extra 5 € at exit. She was really uncooperative and knew it wasn’t possible. I have the payment ticket for 148 € for those four days and all the conversations I had with her from the start.

The room is very new, comfortable, and clean, and I recommend it. The location is excellent for Cinque Terre and about 1 km from the city’s main restaurants, a great choice! However, check the check‑in rule carefully: it’s a privately rented room, so there’s no 24‑hour reception; you must arrange it by message before arrival. Breakfast is at a pastry shop on the corner near the apartment and the voucher included in the stay offers limited variety and quantity.

The owner was helpful and the place was super comfortable for visiting the Cinque Terre.
