I landed at this hotel on a lovely spot, but the check‑in was a hassle because I had to pay right away, even though my booking was supposed to be a simple reservation. That was a real let‑down, especially for a place that advertises itself cleanly. I only paid half of the room rate at the front desk, and the rest was due later during my stay.

The location was great and I could bring my dog, but the building feels old and dirty. The cutlery in the dining room was grimy, the dishwasher seemed broken, and someone should wear glasses. These little details need attention. I won’t return to this hotel because of that.
