The room was spacious, with a sitting area by the bay window, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with nice bedding, so I slept great; having a mini fridge in the room was a bonus. Nothing to complain about.

The bed was comfy and the location was spot on. No issues.

The hotel was secure and clean, but the street noise was too much for me, especially with three kids under five.

The location was central and the staff responded immediately when I reached out. However, even though there was a new owner, the room was old and unrenovated; there was no reception desk, and the locking system at the entrance was a nightmare—daylight numbers were unreadable, and four failed attempts were common. In the shower, a heavily faded adhesive strip had handwritten notes saying “cold warm,” which had probably been there for years instead of replacing the connections. The mattress was far too soft. My rating is moderate because this is Blackpool and the standard is lower; in any other city I would have demolished this hotel. In five years, this was my worst hotel in Blackpool. I took a month to write this review to avoid being overly emotional. Sorry.

The location was great and the beds were comfortable. The manager was flawless in his approach and was always ready to help with anything we needed. The shower was inconsistent at first but worked fine by the last day, and a broken blind meant we lacked natural light.
