The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive—Marvin, Yary, and Avis stood out with exceptional service. The property’s steep incline could make moving around tough for anyone with mobility issues.

The location is extraordinary with stunning views; kayaking around was fantastic. The restaurant menu offers few choices, though the breakfast is good.

The place is amazing, though very isolated; kayaking to explore the calm waters is a must, especially since we saw many monkeys and other wildlife. The beach below the hotel isn’t very pleasant for swimming.

The service, location, kitchen, and especially the views are great. The room was a bit cramped.
