We arrived around 12 am for a late check‑in, but the staff refused to let us in, claiming no rooms were available, even though we had paid for a discounted booking through your website. They made us wait over an hour with my family and baby, and then demanded payment for the next day. The breakfast was bland and tasteless, and the staff were rude and money‑minded.

Breakfast was tasty but the menu was limited; the restaurant felt calm and spacious. Most staff spoke only Hindi, which caused a bit of a communication snag, but otherwise it was fine. The toiletries in my room were loose and broken, and the plumbing needs attention.

Central location and well connected. The TV channels were not accessible, and the Firestick channels had no sound, which made in‑room entertainment difficult. Room service needs improvement in responsiveness and attentiveness. The flush in our bathroom did not clear properly; it appeared that the water flow was weak and didn’t flush completely.

This is one of the best rooms in Chennai. The staff, especially Pradeep and Abhinash the property manager, were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this property for a stay if you’re visiting Chennai for work purposes. Nothing negative.
