The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and the central location was excellent. The pillows were soft; a firm option would have been helpful, and the safe was not functioning.

The interior décor was nice, but there was no daily blinds; only night shutters are available, and the neighboring residents can see straight into the room.

The staff were very friendly, which felt like a German touch, the breakfast was nice though a bit pricey, and there were no annoying tourists like the Moscow crowd. The room lacked conveniences such as slippers.
Ruslan·Vor 3 Wochen
The hotel’s location was close to the pedestrian zone of the old town and parking was convenient. However, the room had no lobby, mini‑bar, or ironing board, the TV was small, the towels were abrasive, and only shampoo was supplied. Breakfast offered no hot items.
Kimberli·Vor 3 Wochen
The breakfast was clean and pleasant, and the shower was good.
