When we checked out, a female staff member waved us off in front of the automatic door, which moved me; the station was close, the place was clean, and the room had a nice sofa and was relaxed, making it a great value for the price. The city setting lacked natural scenery, but it was not bad.

The staff were super friendly and very obliging, the highlight of our stay; they welcomed us at arrival and departure, gave our girls free gifts for playing the hotel piano, and let us leave our bags after checkout while we explored Nara. For a 2‑night stay, we had everything we needed, with access to a microwave and washing machine when required. The hotel was centrally located and within easy walking distance to transport, convenience stores and attractions. Very happy to recommend.
