Breakfast was okay with limited choices, the room was neat and roomy, but the promised amenities were missing – we didn’t receive what we saw online, including the pool that my daughter liked, though we barely used it because of the heat. We also didn’t get the expected amenities; most items were absent, the food was subpar, and we had to order lunch and dinner from outside because the in‑hotel options were unsatisfactory.
