Location and cleanliness were good. A light bulb burned out and it took a while for hot water to come on.

The hotel’s structure is very pretty and the staff are very good and friendly. The room I got was at the back and had no view except of other rooms; also it’s not very comfortable that you can hear everything the others do when they shower, the TV, voices, and it’s too loud. There was also an event in the lower garden and everything was heard loudly until 11 pm, and during the night they were moving chairs or tables on the floor above, which was very annoying; it wasn’t a good rest with so much noise everywhere.

The location is perfect. The room was quite neglected… The sink was horrible, I don’t know if it was because I booked through Booking, but I was given a very ugly room with a very small shower that couldn’t regulate the water temperature well… There was no ventilation in the bathroom and the windows were sealed, so it felt very hot!!! The lamp cords were visible… The bathroom had a lot of mold around the shower area.

The beds were comfortable and the included breakfast was good. The bathrooms smelled horribly like sewage and there was no ventilation, so the whole room smelled like sewage unless you left the window open (which was large enough that someone could climb in as there were no screens). I asked that they not clean the room, but they still did and the housekeepers left our room unlocked all day while we were out. I had left my laptop and other expensive stuff in my room so that made me pretty uncomfortable, though nothing was missing.
