The location is fantastic – that’s the only good thing. The location was the only issue.

The room we booked was not what the photos showed. The so‑called kitchen only had a toaster, a coffee maker that was green and moldy, and a tiny refrigerator that didn’t work properly. The photos promised a microwave, full fridge, cooktop and oven. When we complained to Vendue, they said the photos were confusing. We didn’t want to stay even one night and called them; they contacted Vendue and said Jake would get in touch, but we never heard from him. The coffee maker didn’t work, the room had dishwashing soap, pods, a towel but no dishwasher, and a musty smell. The comforter had stains and looked disgusting. The fridge was tiny – hotels usually have a bigger one. We brought food expecting a kitchen, but there was none; we tried to freeze it and it spoiled. I feel this property should be removed from the listing because of false advertising, blame‑shifting, and no response to complaints. Your company is much better than this place.

The location was great and the place was very nice. The Wi‑Fi didn’t really work.

The location was great and the space was generous, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a sofa. The downside was the noise from people on the second floor walking around and entering or leaving the building, plus the lack of natural light and broken screen panels on the windows.
