The property is meticulously detailed and well furnished. The staff are exceptional. The kitchen offers high‑quality food and variety. The dinners are outstanding. There’s a wide selection of wines. The spa is top‑level and the pools are clean, well maintained, and quiet, even in the family‑only area. The trekking tour offerings are excellent. I would improve the pasta cooking, but we’re talking about fine details for excellence.

I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel's location, cleanliness, and exceptional restaurant service. The position of the hotel was perfect, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. However, I did have a few issues with the temperature in my room, which was a bit too hot for my liking, and the smart TV wasn't functioning properly.
