The staff were welcoming, the amenities included a safe, good sound‑proofing, sliding shutters, proximity to the Zenith and the Atlantis shopping centre, and there was nothing negative.

The bedding was comfortable, the room and bathroom clean, and I always appreciated having coffee, decaf, tea, and herbal tea in the room; the hotel is fairly well sound‑proofed, yet we struggled with GPS directions that sent us the wrong way and delayed our arrival.

The hotel sits perfectly, just a stone's throw from the Zénith and close to restaurants. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were very friendly.

The comfort and location were great. The breakfast selection was mediocre.

The hotel is in a great spot and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. The staff the next day were very kind and pleasant, which was not the case with the night‑shift receptionist (we arrived at 23:30) who was far from welcoming! The night‑shift man was rude and unhelpful; you should never ask him any questions and consider suggesting he change careers. Despite that flaw, the place is still very good.
