“Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Hygiene and Unacceptable Customer Service”
nothing. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, especially considering the price and the hotel’s luxury positioning. The room had serious cleanliness and pest issues. There were numerous spiders and spider webs in the corners, as well as a gecko inside the room. Things became even worse during the night. Three large moths came out of the ventilation area and started flying around the room, making it impossible for me to sleep. To make matters worse, an ant even crawled onto my face while I was lying in bed. I tried calling reception during the night to ask for assistance, but nobody answered. I felt completely helpless and uncomfortable in a room that was supposed to provide a relaxing, luxurious experience. As a result, I barely slept the entire night. I understand that this property is located in a rural, natural environment, and that occasional insects may be unavoidable. However, there is a huge difference between being surrounded by nature and having multiple pests inside a guest room, especially when no assistance is available during the night. For a hotel charging luxury prices, this level of cleanliness and guest support is simply unacceptable. I left feeling exhausted, disappointed, and extremely frustrated. What was supposed to be a relaxing and memorable stay turned into a sleepless and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting a clean, comfortable, and genuinely luxurious stay
