The room was very comfortable, featuring a spacious bathtub and a huge TV. However, the front‑desk staff were extremely rude and discourteous; they didn’t speak English and only told me to go to my room without giving any information, which was very uncomfortable.

The rooms were nice and the bathroom was also appealing. The staff misled us about the arrival time: my reservation listed 18:00‑23:00, yet on the morning of our arrival they told us check‑in was at 20:00. We were a family of five with children, so this was confusing and frustrating. When I insisted on checking in as indicated on the website, the staff reacted poorly, refusing to respond when the kids greeted him in Korean and merely said “no English.” The Korean guests I met during my trip were all wonderful and memorable, but the hotel staff did not do justice to South Korea. There are better hotels in the area.
