I loved how close the hotel is to Sapa plaza and the price was spot on, but the noise was constant from about 6 am to 1 am coming from the restaurants, bars, and the kids in the apartments.

The spot is right near the city center, making it easy to move around, close to the stone church and various eateries, with the lower floor hosting a shop area; the owner is friendly and cute, and the items here are very reasonably priced, so foreign guests often buy stuff here.

The place is well‑situated with plenty of good restaurants nearby, the bed is a big wooden one that’s super comfy, the building itself is old but spotless and the room smelled like fresh sheets when I walked in, and it was quiet enough for a good sleep; there’s no elevator, but I didn’t mind climbing the stairs.

The location is good, but they assigned us a room on the 9th floor—there’s no elevator in this hotel! We had to cancel our booking because the staff were very rude and just told us to go somewhere else, even though I was traveling alone with my kids.
