Nothing positive. The hotel is closed but still accepts confirmed bookings and takes cash to reserve rooms before arrival. I dislike being scammed and defrauded by unscrupulous people.

After presenting my booking and payment documents, I was eventually given two rooms, but one was a standard room and the other was a superior room, which was not what I had booked.
