“Nunca vayan a este hotel .”
Nothing impressed me; the hotel was a mess with three elevators of which two were out of order, and the “sea‑view” room on the seventh floor showed only trees and no water at all. The air‑conditioning rattled loudly, and even after we asked to be moved the new room still sounded like a concert, only the third room finally let us sleep a little. They even tried to charge us for the room change that downgraded the promised sea view. The only staff member who seemed to care was the gentleman who found us the room and noticed the unbearable air‑conditioning. Breakfast was mediocre, I never saw any juice offered, just cold, bland coffee.
