The hotel was fantastic, rooms were beautiful and spotless, staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was a real highlight. Thank you so much for the hospitality! I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Everything was excellent, the staff were very attentive and professional, the beds were very comfortable, breakfast was good, and it would be nice to have a toaster. I recommend this hotel and will come back again.🫠 The only thing I didn’t like was that I was only there for three days; I would have liked to stay longer 😄

“Je demanderai un remboursement à booking”

Belle chambre mais bruyante de 14 heures à 22 heures. Impossible de jouir de la terrasse en raison du bruit permanent. Internet défectueux. Nous avons réservé cet hôtel de bonne foi en nous fiant à la présentation sur booking, qui est "A place where history meets comfort. "Welcome to Zámocká Koruna u Hoffera – a hotel with a unique atmosphere where elegance, tranquility, and genuine Slovak hospitality come together. We are located in a quiet part of Nitra, just a few minutes from the historic center, the Sihoti Park, and Zobor Hill." Nous sommes arrivés à l 'heure du déjeuner, qui fut excellent, si ce n'est que un vacarme énorme provenant de l'université voisine l'a accompagné . Ce boucan insupportable est resté presque permanent jusqu'à 22 heures. Adieu l'atmosphère unique, le confort et la prétendue "quiet part of Nitra". Quand nous avons réservé, l hôtel ne nous a pas communiqué qu'une fête universitaire était organisée, ce qui aurait été la moindre des choses. Ensuite, nous avions du travail á faire sur ordinateur et l'internet ne fonctionnait pas du tout, impossible de travailler. En me rendant à la réception, le préposé nous a annoncé d'un air navré que le relais ne fonctionnait que mal .ou pas du tout. Là encore, mésinformation. Enfin, alors que le lunch avait été de bonne qualité, le petit déjeuner ne nous a pas du tout convaincu. Café peu goûteux. À part le lunch, ce fut une catastrophe de bout en bout
