The location was very good, but the hotel only provides the basics: a place to sleep and move on. The experience feels far from the image it projects. The building is very simple. The bed was comfortable, but items that one might expect included, such as towels, were extra‑charge. Overall, it seems almost everything can incur an additional fee. Another issue is the lack of price transparency: the advertised rate does not match the final cost, as extra fees and charges nearly double the initial price. The staff can also be unwelcoming, which adds to the discomfort. The atmosphere does not match the more organized and welcoming image presented. In practice, it is a very basic stay, marked by extra charges, questionable organization, and unfriendly service.

“Pésimas camas”

The location was good, but the beds had a strong unpleasant odor, and it was the first place I had to lay the bed down.

The location is excellent! The place is always immaculate, especially the bathrooms. The daytime staff were a bit grumpy. The bed was very disappointing and uncomfortable. For a single night (which was what I stayed for) it was passable, but more nights would be impossible.

Everything was very clean, but there was no towel service, so you have to bring your own. Overall, it was very good.
